MONSTER Global Sales Meeting
The MONSTER Global Sales Meeting was a seven screen General Session show for 1500 Global employees. Prior to the meeting, I worked directly with Senior Management and the TBA Global Creative Team to concept and create presentations for the meeting. On site, I managed and organized scripts and ppt presentations as well as conducted off-line and General Session rehearsals. I also worked with the Technical Team to prepare and upload the videos, animations and ppt presentations for the General Session Show. I also managed the on-site Awards program/video which included head shots of all 250 winners. These photos were taken on-site and inserted in to the program within minutes (on-the-fly) of the Awards program. The MONSTER clients were located in various offices throughout the U.S., India, China and South America.
BP Global Conferences
As the Video & Print Production Producer on these projects I worked closely with TBA Global in Partnership with the BP Companies: Global Projects Organization and Global Wells Organization working with different Sr. Executive to plan Global Meetings. I worked with the TBA Global Creative Team to design & develop signage for the Global Projects Organization and the Global Wells Organization meetings. Responsibilities included: estimating, photo research, proofing, getting client approvals, managing the printing process, coordinating on-site installations and maintaining signage on-site. Additional Responsibility: GWO Training Producer Reported to the Executive Training Producer. Worked directly with the Creative Director to update all training materials. Coordinated all updates and revisions with the script writer. Managed all approvals directly with the client. Prepped all training material which included: PPT presentations, posters, hand outs and meeting supplies.
